- Are you selling a home first? If so, that timeline matters too, and I also have Realtors across the country that can assist.
- Renting first or buying right away? Both are valid—no pressure either way.

Relocations run on tight timelines. I build the plan around YOUR deadlines, not mine.

Step 2: Learn the lay of the land

Metro Atlanta is massive—29 counties, dozens of cities, and traffic patterns that will make your head spin if you don't know what you're doing.

I'll help you narrow it down based on:

- Commute time (this is non-negotiable in Atlanta)
- School districts (if that matters to you)
- Lifestyle—suburban, urban, rural, walkable, quiet
- Budget—what your dollar actually buys in each area

We're not touring 47 houses. We're touring the RIGHT houses in the RIGHT areas that fit YOU.

Step 3: Virtual support until you're here

Can't fly in yet? No problem.

I offer:

- Video walkthroughs of homes (live or recorded)
- Neighborhood drive-throughs so you can see the vibe
- Market updates so you know what's moving and what's sitting

Step 4: Boots on the ground

Once you're here (even for a weekend), we move fast:

- Pre-scheduled tours based on what we've already narrowed down
- Real-time adjustments if something new hits the market
- Offer strategy ready to go—no scrambling

I've had clients fly in on a Friday and go under contract by Sunday. It's possible when we've done the homework upfront.
